Sift cupcakes must be kept at room temperature and never placed in the fridge. They taste best the day it's bought as we use all natural ingredients and are always preservative free. As they are always freshly made we recommend customers to have our Sift cupcakes the day they are baked. If you would like to keep them for an extra day always keep them at room temperature and in an air tight container to seal in the moisture.

Sift pastries must be kept refrigerated, except the Chocolate Tart, that must be kept at room temperature. Some of our pastries can be consumed within two days, please contact us for further inquiries.

Sift macaroons must be kept refrigerated. They should be consumed within two days after purchase.

Yes we do, please refer to the respective mini cupcake and mini pastry sections. We require that miniature item orders from both categories be done in multiples of 3 of each variety. For mini cupcakes we have a 12 piece minimum.

Yes we do but only for orders of HKD 500 and above at HK Island (For Friday 1000 HKD and above) or HKD 1000 or above at Kowloon / N.T Area. Such orders will then be subject to a delivery fee which is based on location. We don't unfortunately guarantee delivery and delivery orders are based on delivery schedule availability.

Certain products are nut or dairy free. However, we do bake with dairy, sugar and nuts on our premises so our products are not suitable for individuals with severe allergies.

Yes, we provide you with gluten-free Red Velvet cupcake. And they are available in both regular and mini size.
