Today, Sift desserts has seven shops in Hong Kong and will be opening in APM on September 2018 . Some of Sift’s signature offerings, the Sift Chocolate Cake, the Red Velvet and the Salty Caramel Chocolate cupcakes remain immensely popular and our central kitchen on average churns out thousands of items a day.
